The unusual phenomenon of localised rain has been filmed in southeastern China.<br /><br />In the video, a cyclist stays dry as he stares at the downpour just in front of him.<br /><br />The clip was captured in Yingtan City in Jiangxi Province on September 16.<br /><br />The localised rain only lasted for around ten minutes.
