Turkey's president wants the suspects to be tried in his country.<br />Recep Tayyip Erdogan rejected Saudi Arabia's version of what happened to Jamal Khashoggi and called it a premeditated, political murder.<br />And Erdogan wants all involved, from top to bottom, to face punishment.<br />The Saudi king and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman offered condolences to Salah the son of Jamal Khashoggi, the kingdom announced early Monday.<br />A friend of the Khashoggi family told The Associated Press that Salah has been under a travel ban since his father began writing critically about the prince in columns for The Washington Post. The individual spoke on condition of anonymity, fearing reprisal.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Zeina Khodr reports from Istanbul.
