Footage showing scenes outside the Time Warner building from 3 Columbus Circle on October 24, after the New York Police Department (NYPD) and Fire Department of New York (FDNY) arrived at the scene to handle a "suspicious package". <br /><br />NYPD officials found an envelope containing white powder along with a live explosive device at the Time Warner building, the Police Commissioner told reporters. <br /><br />Over the past few days, possible explosive devices have been sent to Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, George Soros, former FBI director John Brennan and Former Attorney General Eric Holder.<br /><br />The footage was filmed by Kate Wadkins.
