British Royal Marine commandos and their counterparts from the Netherlands simulated an assault on London’s River Thames on Wednesday. <br /><br />The exercise coincided with the visit of the Dutch King and Queen. <br /><br />The exercise took place near the HMS Belfast and within sight of the iconic Tower Bridge.
