According to CNN, the Dow Jones plummeted over 600-points on the day, wiping out its gains for the year.<br />The Dow Jones Industrial Average shrank about 2.4-percent on Oct. 24th, closing at 24,583.<br />The Dow Jones hasn't closed that low since February, but it opened the year in January trading about the 25,000 mark.<br />But the biggest losses on Wall Street hit tech stocks. <br />
