Someone will likely have a very good day today. <br />Reuters reports that someone has a winning ticket for the $1.6 billion dollar Mega Millions lottery jackpot.<br />The state lottery says that one winning ticket, with all six matching numbers, was sold in South Carolina. <br />The lucky ticket holder, whose identity has not been announced, beat a 1 in 303 million odds to win the Mega Millions drawing. <br />
