A man with a megaphone in Blackfriars, central London, chastises passers-by, cars and cyclists. <br /><br />He pulls up a man on crossing when the "red man" is showing, deducting points from his fictitious "social credit score", while telling well-behaved members of the practice to relax. <br /><br />"Look at all these people, they're waiting nicely!
