Our top story this morning....<br />The two Koreas are set to hold their tenth round of general-level military talks at the border village of Panmunjeon,... to discuss the composition and management of an inter-Korean Joint Military Committee.<br />The meeting is due to start at 10AM, Korea time, on the northern side of the border.<br />The two Koreas are each taking five-member delegations, led by South Korean Major General Kim Do-gyun and North Korean Lieutenant General Ahn Ik-san ,.. both of whom are considered the same rank.<br />The formation of an inter-Korean Joint Military Committee comes amid their agreement to implement the Comprehensive Military Agreement, or CMA,... adopted alongside the Pyeongyang Joint Declaration on September 19th.<br />The agreement states that the two Koreas agreed to operate a joint military committee to consult on "matter including large-scale military exercises and military buildup aimed at each other." <br />
