TN CM Palanisamy has filed an appeal petition against Madras High Court order of transferring the road laying contract Scam case to CBI, previously this case was probed by DVAC. Edappadi Palanisamy & DVAC’s pleas challenging Madras HC’s order transferring corruption probe against EPS in award of contracts to be heard by CJI bench tomorrow.
