Despite Korea having a higher life expectancy than other OECD countries, data show most Koreans don't think they're healthy.<br /> Research by Korea's health ministry finds life expectancy among Koreans to be 82-point-4 years,... which is higher than the OECD average of 80-point-8.<br />But only about one-third of Korean respondents aged 15 or older said they are maintaining a healthy lifestyle.<br />That's in stark contrast to the OECD average, where nearly seven out of ten people thought they were healthy.<br />The same data show Koreans went to the doctor for checkups most frequently... at 17 times a year,... more than double than the OECD average. <br />
