문 대통령 국회서 내달 1일 내년도 예산안 시정연설; 취임후 세번째<br /><br />President Moon Jae-in will deliver a speech at the National Assembly on Thursday.<br />He is expected to call for a bipartisan support for next year's budget.<br />At around 412 billion U.S. dollar, it's nearly ten percent higher than this year's budget.<br />The government has already submitted the bill to parliament, but rival parties have yet to see eye-to-eye on the matter.<br />This week's budget speech will be the third of its kind by the South Korean leader.<br />He last addressed lawmakers in June 2017 for the passage of his administration's request for a supplementary budget. <br />
