Three youths were seen setting off fireworks in a quiet estate in Earl's Court in the early hours of the morning earlier this month (October 16).<br /><br />Since Bonfire Night is coming closer, fireworks were heard around the area periodically for the past couple of weeks.<br /><br />While it appears just to be fun and games to these three, it seems they are aiming them at each other through the housing blocks.
