Good morning, dress extra warmly on your way out, a thick winter jacket should do... there's been a big drop in temperatures and morning lows in Seoul are kicking off below 1 degree Celsius, in fact Seoul and Suwon saw the first ice of the season which came the exact the same day as last year and the average year. <br /><br />Beijing is also waking up to a winter-like morning again, but it's still quite bearable in Tokyo. Daily highs in Korea will also be 2 to 5 degrees lower than yesterday in most parts, let's take a closer look at today's temperatures. <br /><br />Chuncheon saw subzero morning temperatures, Daejeon and Gyeongju at 3 degrees. Mostly sunny skies will be featured all day but that won't boost the highs that much...<br /><br />Daily highs will range between 10 and 16 degrees.
