South Korea's unification minister has admitted Seoul and Washington have different views in some areas, but they remain in close coordination.<br />Responding to a question during the final parliamentary audit session on Monday,... Cho Myoung-gyon indicated the two Koreas have not started their joint railway inspections slated for late October because of U.S. resistance. <br />However, he said the U.S. is being cooperative... and the allies are continuing discussions.<br />On whether the two sides would be able to declare an end to the Korean War and if North Korean leader Kim Jong-un would visit the South, both before the end of the year, the minister said both were possible. <br />
