Air pollution is killing thousands of children around the world every year. <br />According to the World Health Organization on Monday, some 600 thousand children under the age of 15 die each year from diseases caused by toxic substances in the air.<br />Some 93 percent of the planet's 1-point-8 billion children under 15 are exposed to harmful air conditions in their daily lives. <br />And the WHO says that children are more vulnerable to bad air than adults.<br />The agency emphasized the need to expand clean energy while reducing fossil fuels, and highlighted children's right to breathe clean air. <br />
