Federal Territories Minister Khalid Abdul Samad said the selling of DBKL lands needs to be for a clear and specific purpose to develop Kuala Lumpur.<br /><br />Khalid said the lands should not be sold just for the sake of money but instead DBKL should specify terms for its land usage.
