Apple Announces <br />New Macbook Air, <br />iPad Pro and Mac Mini Apple's second keynote in <br />two months took place at <br />the Brooklyn Academy of Music. The company announced a <br />completely redesigned <br />MacBook Air with Retina <br />display, starting at $1199. The laptop is 25% lighter <br />than its predecessor and <br />is now made out of <br />100% recycled aluminum. It also is designed without <br />the TouchBar feature, <br />which was disliked by many users. Tim Cook, via CNN Also announced, the new iPad Pro <br />is now almost 6 mm thinner and <br />comes without a home button. The new iPad Pro uses facial <br />recognition technology. Because it now <br />supports USB-C, The new Mac Mini <br />is five times faster. The new Mac Mini <br />starts at $799.
