The prosecution has withdrawn its appeal against the acquittal of activist Adam Adli Abd Halim over a charge of taking part in #KitaLawan rally three years ago. Adam's counsel Eric Paulsen raised no objection and Justice Mohd Nazlan then struck out the appeal.<br /><br />On Nov 28 last year, magistrate Ahmad Solihin Abd Wahid freed Adam Adli after the prosecution failed to prove a prima facie case against him without requiring him to enter his defence.
