The Kuala Lumpur High Court has ordered for former national diving squad coach Huang Qiang to enter his defence on a charge of raping a national diver last year. The court ruled that the Sessions Court judge had erred when she discharged Huang without calling for his defence.<br />In April, Huang, who is from China, was released after the Sessions Court found the prosecution had failed to establish prima facie in the case.<br />Huang was charged with raping a young national diver at the National Aquatic Centre in Bukit Jalil at 5.30pm on Sept 26 last year.
