Do try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below<br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />Pav, 2 slices<br />3-4 tbsp Butter<br />1 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala<br />1 tbsp Black Masala<br />1 cup Coriander leaves, chopped<br />A pinch of salt<br />1 tsp Lemon juice<br /><br />For Black Masala<br />1/4 cup Dry Coconut, chopped<br />2 Bay leaves<br />1 tbsp Black Pepper<br />10-12 Cloves<br />1 tbsp Coriander seeds<br />1 tsp Cumin seeds<br />1 tsp Fennel seeds<br />2 Stone flower<br />1 Nutmeg<br />1 Cardamom<br />1 Cinnamon stick<br />Roasted Coconut, sides<br /><br />Method:-<br />Heat a pan, add butter, pav bhaji masala, black masala, coriander leaves, salt, lemon juice and mix well.<br />Shift the masala towards the edge of the pan.<br />Add butter in the middle of the pan and place the pav on it.<br />Fill the pav with the prepared masala.<br />Close the pav and spread some masala on top as well.<br />Keep the pan on low flame while cooking.<br />Our कोथिंबीर मसाला पाव - Coriander Masala Pav is ready to serve.<br /><br />For Black Masala<br />Heat a pan, add dry coconut and roast it till it turns brown.<br />Add bay leaf, black pepper, cloves, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, stone flower, nutmeg, cardamom, cinnamon, roast them till they turn dark.<br />Add roasted coconut and let them cool.<br />Once they cool down, grind it into a paste.<br />
