Europeans Are Moving Away <br />From Facebook For the second quarter in a row, Facebook has lost European users. Two million users have abandoned the service on a monthly basis since Q1. 4 million have ditched it daily. The decline is seen as significant due to the social media giant having more users in Europe <br />then in the U.S. It comes after the Cambridge Analytica data scandal which damaged Facebook's reputation in the continent. The scandal has led to the creation of <br />Europe's new privacy law, 'GDPR.' Since the introduction of 'GDPR,' all Facebook users have been required to inspect their privacy settings. As a result, many have dialed down their usage.
