NAPA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA — Some less than pleasant news through the grapevine after a vineyard worker had an accident involving a grape harvesting machine.<br /><br />According to CBS San Francisco, 49-year-old Napa resident Leon Marcelo Lua was picking grapes at the Beaucanon Winery around 12:30 p.m. on Monday. <br />According to his family, Lua was working on the ground next to a grape harvesting machine, when a piece of his clothing got yanked into the machine. <br />Lua was instantly pulled into the harvesting machine and immediately began pushing up daisies. <br />Cal Fire first responders responded in minutes to the report of a worker stuck in a grape-picking machine. Unfortunately, it was too late to do anything. <br />Cal OSHA is now investigating the incident.
