A Chinese overpass decorated by a “Starry Night” themed light effect went viral on the country’s internet. <br /><br />The impressive clip, filmed in Xi’an City in northwestern Shaanxi Province on October 25, shows the vivid lights beneath the Zhangba pedestrian overpass, changing its colour.<br /><br />Passersby can control the lights by using their phones to scan a QR code attached to the side of the bridge, reports said.<br /><br />The lights are switched on at 9:00pm and turned off at around 11:00pm every night.
