Tibby the cat created an abominable toilet paper mess while her owner was away, and didn't seem very remorseful about it.<br /><br />In the video filmed in Calgary on October 26, the owner can be seen panning across the room, showing toilet paper littered on the floor everywhere as his cat meowed.
