During a flood in Padang, Indonesia, locals evacuated more than women and children, as they retrieved a 3-metre long python that was swimming in the floodwaters. <br /><br />The snake was spotted entering a housing complex before swimming into the street, where footage shot at the scene shows some brave local people dismounting from scooters and carrying away the python. <br /><br />The reason for this particular rescue was to avoid panicking other local residents during the flood evacuation
