남북, 10년만에 서해 NLL 불법조업 선박 정보 교환<br /><br />The two Koreas exchanged information on foreign boats fishing illegally around their de facto maritime border, the Northern Limit Line in the West Sea. <br />The communication took place through the inter-Korean military communication line at around 9 AM today local time.<br />It's the first such exchange in 10 years, according to Seoul's Defense Ministry.<br />Along with ceasing all hostile acts toward each other starting November 1st,...
