Alec Baldwin had a tough start to his weekend on Friday when he was arrested and charged with assault and harassment.<br />Channel24 reports that the actor allegedly hit a man in the face, after he stole Alec's parking spot right outside of his New York City home. <br />Channel24 explains, "The driver of the station wagon told police Baldwin hit him with his hand, but wasn't sure if it was a punch or a slap. <br />
