A white man from Kentucky pleaded not guilty to charges that he had killed a black man and woman in a grocery store shooting spree.<br />51-year-old Gregory Bush has been accused of fatally shooting Maurice Stallard in front of his grandson as they shopped in a Kroger store.<br />According to police, Bush then went to the parking lot where he shot and killed 67-year-old Vickie Jones. <br />
