The two Koreas have raised yellow flags at eleven guard posts each,... along their heavily fortified border,... a first step toward dismantling the posts under a military agreement reached as part of September's Pyeongyang Declaration.<br />Seoul's defense ministry says the two sides placed four-by-three-meter flags at each of the 22 guard posts on Sunday to mark that the posts are to be removed.<br />The ministry added the move is aimed at enabling each side to observe progress in dismantlement work,... so it can be carried out in a "transparent manner". <br />
