Good morning. Ultra fine dust will blow across the west of the country, leading to poor air quality, but Gangwon-do Province will have normal air. In fact, dry weather in Gangwon-do Province will intensify with an advisory in place, be sure to enjoy the sound of crunching leaves. <br /><br /> Temperature-wise...there's not much to complain about but beware of wide temperature differences as single digit morning lows will jump to the upper teens or low twenties.<br /><br /> Korea will have mostly sunny skies, Beijing will be dustier, while Tokyo will have good to normal air. <br /><br /> As for Korea's daily highs, Seoul will get up to 18 degrees Celsius, Daejeon and Chuncheon will hit 17 degrees. <br /><br /> Unseasonably warm daily highs will return to the seasonal norms by mid-week but despite rain on Thursday and Ipdong, the traditional start of winter, on Wednesday, temperatures will be bearable for another week or so. <br /><br />That's Korea for you and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.<br />
