Hurricane Oscar may have departed, but strong winds remain in the coastal county of Cornwall.<br /><br />This video, filmed November 4, shows a surfer in action off a pier in Sennen. The strong waves can be seen knocking him off his feet.<br /><br />Weather is expected to turn milder this week as the last of the storm wears off.
