Do give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />1 1/2 tbsp Ghee/Clarified butter<br />2 cups Rice Flour<br />1 cup Maida<br />1 cup Gram flour<br />1/2 tsp Carom seeds<br />1 tsp Sesame seeds<br />1 tsp Red Chilli powder<br />Salt to taste<br /><br />Method:-<br />In a vessel, heat ghee on low flame.<br />In a bowl add rice flour, maida, gram flour, carom seeds, sesame seeds, red chilli powder, salt and mix well.<br />Pour the clarified butter into the flour mixture, mix well and see that there are no lumps formed.<br />Add water as required and start kneading it into a dough.<br />Keep it aside for 5 minutes.<br />Heat oil in a vessel on low flame.<br />Fill the dough inside the chakli mold.<br />Start making the chakli on a tissue paper and then fry them in hot oil.<br />See to it that you don't crowd the vessel.<br />Take the fried chakli's out on a plate.<br />
