Mac Miller Death Ruled an<br /> Accidental Overdose On Monday, the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office revealed the overdose was from a mix of fentanyl, cocaine and ethanol. Born Malcolm James McCormick, <br />the 26-year-old rapper was found <br />dead in his home on Sep. 7. When authorities arrived at the scene, <br />the rapper was unresponsive and couldn’t be revived.
