According to Reuters, the US Supreme Court rebuffed a challenge to California's limits on carrying handguns in public.<br />For a second straight year, the court refused to hear a challenge against California's process for obtaining a concealed-carry permit.<br />A lawsuit was initially filed back in 2008 by two gun owners against the state of California and Sacramento County. <br />
