An unimpressed dog, Snitch, gives his owner the silent treatment after being dressed up in a silly costume for Halloween. <br /><br />Throughout the video his owner coaxes Snitch to engages but he remains unresponsive. <br /><br />"Snitch is a warm, joyful, happy, energetic golden retriever who loves to play with his humans," said his owner. "That is, until, we dressed him in a Halloween costume."
