Much of the southwest of England is on flood alert with high tide and strong winds hitting this week.<br /><br />Footage shows strong winds in Penzance, in Cornwall, pushing tides over the seafront onto the main road.<br /><br />A yellow weather warning (meaning severe rain) will remain in place ahead of gales on Friday as well as rail travel disruption.
