In an interview with Bloomberg during its New Economy Forum in Singapore on Nov 6, Malaysian Prime Minister-in-waiting Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim hit out at financial institutions and government leaders for being complicit to the financial crime that unfolded in the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) scandal.<br /><br />Goldman Sachs CEO David Solomon also said he feels horrible with his company’s involvement in the scandal.
