INGREDIENTS <br /><br />Pocket Dough:<br /><br />Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 Cups<br />Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tbs<br />Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 tbs<br />Namak (Salt) 1 tsp<br />Oil 2 tbs<br />Pani (Water) Warm 1cup or as required<br /><br />Qeema stuffing<br /><br />Oil 2 tbs<br />Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2<br />Beef qeema (Beef mince) ½ kg<br /><br />Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic )1tbs<br />Lal mirch (Red chili) Crushed 1/2 tbsp Dhania (Coriander) ½ tbsp <br />Kali mirch powder (Black pepper) ½tsp<br /><br />Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste<br />Garam masala powder(Whole spice) ½ tbsp<br />Hari mirch (Green chili) 1 <br /><br />Hara dhania (Coriander leaves) 2tbsp<br />Podina (Mint leaves) 1tbsp<br /><br />Yogurt Dip<br /><br />Dahi (Yogurt) strained 1 Cup<br />Safaid mirch (white pepper) 1/4 tsp<br />Lehsan powder (Garlic powder)1/4 tsp<br />Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste<br /><br />In lukewarm water,add instant yeast,sugar and mix well,cover and let it rest for 5 minutes.<br /><br />In bowl add all-purpose flour,salt,oil and knead until dough is formed.<br /><br />Grease your hands with oil and grease the dough.<br /><br />Cover and let it rest for 45 minutes or until double in size.<br /><br />Knead dough again,take a small dough and make a ball.<br /><br />Sprinkle flour and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin.<br /><br />Option 1: Heat pan and place pita,cook on low flame from both sides.<br /><br />Option 2: Place pita breda on baking tray and bake in preheated oven at 230 C for 5-6 minutes.<br /><br />For Mince Filling <br /><br />In frying pan,add oil and onion,mix well.<br /><br />Add mince,mix well and cook until changes color.<br /><br />ginger garlic crushed and mix well. Add all spices mix & cook until done.<br /><br />Add fresh green chili,coriander & mint set aside.<br /><br /><br />For Yogurt Dip <br /><br />In bowl,add yogurt,white pepper ,garlic powder and salt and whisk well.<br /><br />Assembling <br /><br />Cut pita bread from the center,stuffed with cooked mince filling,ice berg,tomato chili sauce,cucumbers ,yogurt dip & serve.<br /><br />Directions in Urdu <br /><br />Neem garam pani mein khameer aur sugar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.<br /><br />Bowl mein miada,oil aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.<br /><br />Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur dough ko grease ker elin.<br /><br />Dhak dein aur 45 minutes ya size double hunay tak rakh dein.<br /><br />Dough ko dubara ghond lein aur chota dough la ker ball bana lein.<br /><br />Atta chirak dein aur dough ko rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.<br /><br />Option 1: Tawa garam karein aur pita bread ko rakh ker halki ancch per dono sides sa paka lein.<br /><br />Option 2: Pita bread ko baking tray per rakh dein aur preheated oven mein 230 C per 5-6 minutes kliya bake ker lein.<br /><br />For qeema<br /><br />Frying pan mein oil aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur qeema dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak paka lein.<br /><br />Adrak lehsan crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.<br /><br />Tamam masalay dal ker mix karein aur 2 say 3 min cook karain.<br /><br />Hari mirch,hara dhania our podina dal ker side per rakh dein.
