Good morning, the rainfall has washed away most of the dust from the air while Chuncheong-do and Jeolla-do provinces will see cleaner air in the afternoon.<br /><br />The rain is forecast to come down heavily all day today with up to 60 millimeters of rainfall expected in the capital area.
