INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:<br />1 CUP DARK CHOCOLATE<br />1/2 CUP WATER<br />1/4 CUP OIL<br />MELT THE CHOCOLATE ON DOUBLE BOILER<br />SIEVE THE CHOCOLATE MIXTURE<br />1/2 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR<br />2 TABLESPOON COCOA POWDER<br />1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER<br />1/4 TEASPOON BAKING SODA<br />1/4 CUP POWDER SUGAR<br />SIEVE<br />MIX ALL INGREDIENTS<br />5 INCH OIL GREASED MOULD<br />POUR THE CAKE BATTER INTO THE MOULD<br />COOK IT IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT FOR 35-40 MIN.<br />CAKE IS READY, COOL COMPLETELY (THEN REMOVE IT FORM THE MOULD)<br />DUST SOME COCOA POWDER OVER THE CAKE<br />
