Robyn Denholm to<br />Replace Elon Musk<br />as Tesla Chairman Denholm is the CFO of <br />Australian telecommunications <br />company Telstra. She has also served on <br />Tesla's board since 2014. Denholm will begin working at Tesla full time after a six-month notice period with Telstra wraps up. Tesla, via statement Musk agreed to step down from the role as part of a settlement with the Securities and Exchange Commission after the agency accused him of fraud for saying he would take Tesla private and had secured funding.
