Swiss prosecutors have launched an investigation into the suspicious relationship between FIFA President Gianni Infantino and Valais prosecutor Rinaldo Arnold.<br />Media reports have claimed that Arnold had received invitations to various football events, such as this year's World Cup and the Champions League Final in Milan. <br />Arnold is also alleged to have helped Infantino arrange secret meetings in 2016 with Swiss attorney general, Michael Lauber, whose office is investigating suspected corruption within football's world governing body. <br />Arnold has said his relationship with Infantino is private and FIFA has insisted there has never been any impropriety in its dealings with the attorney general's office. <br />
