남북, 12일 공동연락사무소서 도로공동연구조사단 제2차회의 개최<br /><br />The two Koreas are holding a second meeting of their joint roads research group at the liaison office next Monday.<br />Seoul's unification ministry says the group will discuss schedules for inspecting roads along the east coast.<br />South and North's land ministries are sending a five-member delegation and an eight-member delegation respectively.<br />The group's first meeting was held in mid-August.<br />They then conducted a week-long inspection of western roads... between the North Korean cities of Gaeseong and Pyeongyang.<br />At the high-level talks last month, the two sides agreed to hold a ground-breaking ceremony for connecting and modernizing railways and roads late this month or early next month.<br />But railways inspections are being delayed due to concerns over sanctions violations.<br />Seoul plans to consult closely with Washington and UN Command on the matter. <br />
