Models showed off some buoyant fashion by wearing unique balloon dresses at a Balloon Culture Festival at a Chinese mall.<br /><br />The clip, shot in Huai’an City in eastern Jiangsu Province on October 21, shows the costumer twisting the balloons into shape and putting it on for the model.<br /><br />Then six models in the balloon dresses pose for the camera and then give balloons out to children.<br /><br />According to reports, around 20,000 balloons were used to make the six dresses.<br /><br />The festival aimed to show people that everything is valuable and can be used in different ways.
