The Satanic Temple, via court documents The Satanic Temple further <br />stated that Baphomet is meant to "promote First Amendment <br />values of separation of church <br />and state and equal protection." The suit also <br />alleges that the entertainment companies "blatantly misappropriated" and "unquestionably copied" the statue. Lucien Greaves, the Satanic Temple spokesperson, weighed in on the matter. Netflix and Warner Bros. <br />have yet to comment on the suit.
