South Korea is sending 200 tons of tangerines from Jeju Island to North Korea as a gift... in return for the pine mushrooms Kim Jong-un sent to the South for the inter-Korean summit in September.<br />The Blue House says President Moon Jae-in ordered the tangerines to be sent so the North Korean people can taste the fruit that's now in season here in the South.<br /> The tangerines will be delivered by military transport planes in four trips starting today.<br /> In September, South Korea received two tons of wild pine mushrooms from the North, which are considered a delicacy.<br />President Moon gave them to people separated from their families by war and who had not been chosen to attend the most recent reunions. <br />
