Bystanders feared the worst on Saturday when a cow ran onto the helipad seconds before a helicopter carrying a former politician landed in India.<br /><br />As the chopper carrying former Chief Minister Ajit Jogi came into to land in a field near Bilaspur in the state of Chhattisgarh, the cow somehow got into the fenced off area around the helipad.<br /><br />Police officers tried to drive the cow away but the bovine couldn't find its way out of the enclosed area.<br /><br />Fortunately, the helicopter managed to land safely and the cow was later sent on its way.
