Have your face masks ready today if you're watching us in South Korea... because fine dust levels will be 'bad' in most parts of the country.<br />The worst of it is mostly concentrated around Seoul and its surrounding areas,... as well as the Yeongnam regions, including Daegu and Ulsan.<br />Eight majors cities and regions are looking at "high" fine dust levels,... while other areas are at 'average'.<br />Experts say the fine dust affecting the country comes from sources outside Korea. <br />
