⚜For dough⚜<br /><br />️Pani (Water) lukewarm ½ Cup<br />️Khameer (Instant yeast) 1/2 tbsp<br />️Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 Cups<br />️Namak (Salt) 1 tsp<br />️Olive oil 2tbsp or any oil<br /><br />⚜Filling⚜<br /><br />️Hari mirch (Green chilies) 2 large<br />️Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium<br />️Tamatar (Tomatoes) 2 medium<br />️Mince (qeema)350g<br />️Tomato paste 2tsp<br />️Pepper paste 2tsp<br />️Fresh parsley chopped 2 tbs or Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs<br />️Kali mirch powder (Black pepper) ½ tsp<br />️Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tsp<br />️Namak (Salt) 1 tsp<br />️Water (pani)1/2cup<br /><br />⚜TOPING⚜<br /><br />️Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium<br />️Tamatar (Tomatoes) 1 medium<br />️Cucumber 1cup<br />️Lemon juice 1tbsp<br />️Salt 1/2tsp<br /><br />⚜Directions:⚜<br /><br />♾Bowl mein neem garam pani, khameer,namak,oil aur maida dal ker mix karein.<br /><br /> ♾Ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 30 min kliya rakh dein.<br /><br />♾Chopper mein hari mirch,pyaz aur tamatar dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.<br /><br />♾Bowl mein qeema ,tomato paste,pepper paste,fresh parsley ya hara dhania,kali mirch powder,lal mirch crushed,namak,pani aur chop ki howi ajza dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.<br /><br />♾Dough ko dubara ghond lein,maida chirak dein aur smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein aur pieces mein cut ker lein (makes 6).<br /><br />♾Chota dough lein aur maida chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.<br /><br />♾Baking tray mein rolled dough rakh dein aur qeema ka mixture dal ker pheela lein.<br /><br />♾Preheated oven mein 200 C per 8-10 minutes kliya bake ker lein.<br /><br />⚜with out oven⚜<br /><br />♾pan ko garam ker lain or dough per qeema<br />laga lain pan main turkish pizza dal ker dhak ker halki anch per 10 min kay liyay cook ker lain.<br /><br />♾Apni pasand ki salad or lemon kay sath serve karain.
