The death toll from the devastating Camp Fire has increased to 48 after Butte County Sheriff Kory Honea says six more bodies were found on Tuesday, November 13.<br /><br />The number makes the fire the deadliest in state history by a wide margin, beating out the 1933 Griffith Park fire that killed 29.<br /><br />More than 5,000 personnel across states have been working around the clock to fight the fire, which stood at 35% containment as of Tuesday evening. This video, filmed in Concow, shows an air tanker releasing a long stream of retardant onto the fire.<br /><br />Fire officials say a total of 8,817 structures have been destroyed by the fire. At least 7,600 of them are single-family homes.
